Morgan Records Management is now overseeing patient records custodianship and releases. Please know that patient confidentiality is always a priority. Patient releases will be handled respectfully and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

As of October 31, 2021 I will no longer be seeing patients in this office. Caring for you over the past 33 years has been the most rewarding part of my Orthopedic practice. If you have an appointment scheduled in the upcoming year, please contact my office before November 15, 2021 to obtain a copy of your medical records and take possession of your x-ray file. After that date, please go to www.RedfernOrtho.com and select request my records. We will also maintain digital x-rays that have been taken by my office in the past 5 years. If you have imaging studies or reports from other facilities, please request a copy from those facilities.
